Delivery Information

At PrintVolt, we ensure that your custom-printed items are delivered safely and on time. Below are our shipping and delivery details:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 days) is available.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. If there is an issue with your custom shirt, such as a manufacturing defect or printing error, please contact our customer support within 60 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Eligibility: Returns accepted within 60 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with the purchase invoice.
  • Custom Orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized items. Prior to printing, every customized order is discussed in detail with the customer.
  • How to Request a Return: Email us at support@printvolt.co.uk mentioning the return of an item and what you would like to exchange it for.

Refund & Replacement

If there is a manufacturing defect or error in your order, we offer the following solutions:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after item inspection.
  • Exchanges: Send your order back (in its original condition) along with the purchase invoice, and we will exchange it.
  • Damaged/Wrong Orders: If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please send us images at support@printvolt.co.uk within 72 hours of delivery. We will send you the correct order and refund your postage cost.
