If there is an issue with your custom shirt, such as a manufacturing defect or printing error, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

You can easily get your order exchanged, and send your order (it must be in its original condition & with the purchase invoice) along with that send us an email at. Mentioning the return of an item and what would you like to exchange it for.

  1. What should I do if I receive the wrong order or order with damaged packaging?

By any chance we have made the mistake of sending you the wrong order, you are requested to send us images of the wrong/defective item at within 72 hours of delivery. We will send your right order and provide you with a refund of postage as well.

We don’t accept customized orders for return & exchange. Prior to printing, every customized order is discussed in detail with the customer.
